Current Guitar Stable - couch shot included ;)

Well, haven't taken a full group photo of the guitars in a long time. This is my current stable. And yes, there's a tape dispenser propping the destroyer up. You try getting an explorer-style guit to stand up straight on your couch

Left to right:

1. Warmoth strat (chameleon paint done by a pro car shop - red, purple, blue) - EMG DG20 Gilmour signature pickups. This one's signed by Mr. Joe Satriani .

2. Ibanez DT420 Destroyer - brand new arrival. had it once, sold it, regretted it, bought one again (but this time with duncans - JB/59).

3. Custom build #1 - jackson eerie dess swirl body, handmade neck (private luthier friend of mine did it for me...triple-color stained flame maple with a cocobolo fretboard, abalone purfling and abalone eye of ra inlay, abalone headstock inlay).
-Dimarzio Cruiser / Area 61 / Steve Special (w/coil tap)

4. Custom build #2 (same luthier as #1) - korina body w/ a mappa burl veneer, maple neck with a flame maple fretboard (chrome and green mirror vine inlays), abalone headstock logo.
-Dimarzio Air Norton (tapped) / Cruiser / Evo II (tapped).
-this one was signed and played by Andy Timmons .

And that's all for now. If anyone wants to see better pics of any of these I can provide of course, my camera for zoomed-out couch shots kind of sucks. In the next month or two, I'll be adding a custom built les paul. And that'll probably be it for a while. Let's see your stables, fellas! I know there have been a few threads of this nature but I didn't wanna bring up some ancient one.

Very, very nice mate. Major drool factor there! My fave is the Jackson/Custom one. I love that swirl finish on the Jacksons. I toyed with buying a DKMG Cobalt Blue Swirl for a long time which has a very similar finish to your's. They're all great guitars and unique too so congratz on an awesome collection!

Thanks man. And yeah, I had ALWAYS wanted a guitar in that eerie dess finish, so when I did my very first build and wanted to save a bit of money on the body i just went with this one. Between that and the inlay work it came out as a sorta cosmic egypt theme. What are you playin' nowadays dude? Join the party!

Yeah that Eerie dress finish is soooo cool. I may buy one yet. On my guitars: I've just got rid of 3 in the last month or so, a Jem7BSB, Caparison Horus and a Hamer Californian. My current guitars are: Ibanez J Custom RG Gold 2, Ibanez RGR420ex and a Maverick SF1 Custom shop.

Damn that's a whole lotta guitars mate! Very nice collection indeed. For a moment I thought I was looking at Nigel Tufnell from the Tap's collection!

Nigel Tufnel: The sustain, listen to it.
Marty DiBergi: I don't hear anything.
Nigel Tufnel: Well you would though, if it were playing.

Re: Current Guitar Stable - couch shot included ;)

Thanks Defy. I waited a WHILE before i found the one that REALLY pops. All these finishes are different even though its a "stock" finish offered by Jackson. Here's a better pic or two...
