Ok well it has been a while since I have been on the site or time to post anything, but I wanted to reveal my new Custom Guitar I have been working on for over 2 years now ... lol

Well here she is Aurora - #BA01-8/09

thanks, its been a long time on this project , cause lack of funds ... but she finally done ... still breaking her in and tring to find her sweet spot with the pickups ... lovin these Seymour Duncans

looks awesome, the only time i like white pickguards is in a single ply. love the pickup coloring combination too~!

The body was already routed for the FR & lion claw ..but I later did more routing to lower the position of the tone knob, as the Charvel control cavity is smaller ...

I like the look of that guitar. The colors of the pickups are cool in that context. Hey where did the name Aurora come from?

Not "alleged" or "top-secret" really. The project existed, but was developed and it morphed into other projects, some of which I worked on, all of which were "secret". One project actually flew - X43-A.

The most current iteration got shelved before it even began. Some military seats got switched around as they always do, and the new guy didn't want to "waste" the money that was alotted in hypersonic technology or the new iteration of this project which was called Blackswift. You can google Blackswift and read more about it. It's nickname was SR-72 which is the next number after the Coldwar beast SR-71 Blackbird.

A reduction of funds did get alotted this year that was originally for Blackswift for a smaller program called Vulcan. We often referred to Vulcan as the "son of Blackswift".

Anyways, enough from the resident rocket scientist.

Love the guitar. Very clean and sharp. Your logo gives the impression that you have a guitar company. Do you?

Hey courtney2018, thanks for the extra info on the aurora project ... as for my logo Blue Alien (TM) yes part is from my company but, I dont have a Guitar Company, but I designed that to go on the head stock of the guitar I put together ... but who know what lies in the future ...
