EBMM Petrucci 6 string question

Just curious how are the necks on these guitars. Are they alot like the stock silouhette necks or the wolfgang necks? Those necks you can just latch onto and don't require you to have 6 inch pudgets

I have a EBMM Petrucci 6. The neck is very thin & nothing like the Silhouette or Wolfgang. Its thinner & wider with a flatter fret board. The closest neck I have played to it is the Ibanez Wizard on the RG 570 & 1570. It has a more rounded asymetrical C type carve though.

If you like the Wizard neck you will definately like this one as it is smoother feeling & the flat fretboard allows you to set the action ridiculously low without buzzing. It is an unsealed neck meaning that you need to oil & wax it once a year.

In my opinion you don't need big hands to play this but you have to like thin necks.
