I really can't advise on specific settings for your rig as the only thing we have in common there is the pickup
But to find yourself a tone, the way most folks suggest is, first set all the channel controls to halfway and getting the master volume at a confortable level.
Then use your ears to tell you how to tweak up or down on the various controls. I know this'll sound boring, but take a pen and paper with you and if you like say "treble 7, mids 5, bass 6, gain 3" write it down. Then you can find where you were if you get lost in the tweaking.
Personally when trying a new amp I usually use the settings EVH used to use on his 5150's, they were printed on the 5150 brochure's back cover. Treble 5, Mids 2, Bass 7. Dial in some gain and adjust the presence to suit the room. Then start tweaking from there. His tone is pretty much the benchmark for all rock tones so I have always thought it was a good starting point and a great alternative to the "everything halfway" plan.
