EX-350 help?

It is possible to throw a 24 fret RG neck on, but you'll need to move your neck pickup out of the way, because those extra frets will need that space. The cost of a used RG neck on **** is usually over $100.

You'll be better off selling your EX, and buying a used RG 5XX. You'll get those 24 frets, an Edge trem, better wood, and better quality all around.

It's not really worth it to fix up an EX.

EX-350 help?

Well, it's got a lot of sentimental value (kinda like Kirk's RG-LNG). *I got it when I was 11 and have modded it and added so much to it over the years. *The sum of it's parts is probably double what I paid for it. *But I like it alot. *It also has a different sound to it, a lot like a F#nder

Hey im a new memeber and i was just wondering about the Edge 3 tremelo on the Ibanez RG 350ex for 2005. i mean right now i have a little gibson SG knockoff from Slivertone that is a mean little bootleg that actually sounds like an authentic gibson, sadly im going to have to replace it because i need a tremelo and more frets since ive began to sharpen my skills. Is the Edge 3 really that bad because i want to know if i will have to replace it along with the bridge pickup (im putting in an EMG81 active and some other fabrications on it as well). Ohh and i just also wanted to know if the INF pickups are more bright or fat sounding. Thanx.

Could you keep it the way it is? I know if I have a guitar with alot of sentimental value, I would keep it the way it is.

woah.. this is an extremely old thread.

This guitar died a horrible death when my girlfriend's brother dropped it off a bunk bed nearly 3 years ago.
