Gibson Les Paul HELP !!

I bought a Gibson Les Paul classic today. The moment I plug in at home lots of “hum” coming out from amp, I change the cables, no luck. I changed the guitar and noise is gone. Plug back in les paul and “hum” noises come back. There was no problem in the shop though. Needless to say I am disappointed that I didn’t expect this kind of problem from USD 2000 guitar.
HELP PLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLEASE.

I am using Roland amp and GNX4 multi effect.

Return the guitar, change it for another guitar or get a refund, the ground lead must be unsoldered

I will speak to the shop tomorrow. The only problem is this is the last piece they have and I am afraid it works again when I bring back the guitar. Can it be fixed?

Fixing it will be no problem if they have a setup and repair guy.

Should be an easy fix.

All electrical problems can be fixed, and on a new guitar the shop should do it for you, no problem.

nice guitars i like the fret work on that ibanez ........

i bought a new 2008 epiphone lp cx a few months back before they went up $200...
i always wanted this guitar it is a sweet guitar if ya decided to get your money back buy telling the dealer u can get it elsewhere or for the benefit of lowering the price .... All i can say about this Guitar is " i love the tone , vibration , and sore shoulder ..... ENjoy

why do I need dusty old LP? Because "the les paul tone"

you can get an ibanez lp, so sell yours and get one of those haha
well I supose the tech is at least going to fix the problem for free right?

Don't let others around here fool you. An RG with an Edge and a thin neck won't sound the same as a Les Paul (or similar copy).
