Godin SD

So there's one used going for around locally and I just wanted your opinions on this model. Has anyone tried them? It's basically a variation on the Strat but with a hummer in the bridge and a 24 fret neck. Can anyone who has played it comment on the sound, playability, etc?

I prefer the LG models myself (looks, feel), but the lower-end Godins are generally good guitars for the money, so I don't think you can go very wrong with it. The high-end Godins are good guitars period.

I've played a few Godins now and if they are your sort of of axe they are a great player.

Yeah, I've tried an LG before and it was awesome, but I've never got a chance to play the lower models. Thanks guys, I'm meeting the seller tomorrow.
