It's a decent Korean made guitar that has nothing to do with the Californians of old.
The body is maple which is strange as Washburn make their entry level guitars from maple and the old Californians were made from mahogany.
Also these new ones have
Duncan Designed pickusp and the old ones had real SD pickups.
Looking at the price this should be a new guitar and it's 25.5" scale - the guy selling it is clueless.
It's on par with Jackson JS30, LTD M200, Ibanez RG3xx, Yamaha RGX420, Kramer Beretta 424 and other Korean made mid range guitars so nothing to write home about but it's a decen enough instrument.
The neck is skinny like a wizard but rounder if that makes sense and this model is discontinued - all the new ones are basswood (Apart from the Quilt Top one - that's maple but the guitar is inlayed like a Xmas tree) and the boomerangs have been replaced with dots.
Best thing is to try and find an American Californian from the late 80's/early 90's (mahogany body, maple neck with
ebony fingerboard and MOP boomerangs, FRII and SD pickups) - those were "da bomb".
