I have one, and I like it. The neck is wizard-like, but more "V" shaped and mine's 22 frets, which I prefer for the
neck pickup placement. I put an Edge on mine, so it's pretty much a 22 fret RG now. The only beef I have is that the headstock is not a straight string pull. It's fanned out, and then the B string gets caught in the string
retainer bar screw, while the E shoots way off to the side. Just an example of looks before function I guess. The quality should be the same, because I too believe they were made in the Ibanez factory. They had Schallers or OFR's or Kahler's. So if you like those as much as an Edge, its a great RG alternative, and usually cheaper. I bought mine as a carcass without trem or pickups so I had my choice.
