One time I clamped my
trem arm
to the body, it would've made meshuggah wet their pants it was so heavy.

I tune my BC Rich and Jackson to C standard using .11s and B with my new UV777BK (LOVE IT!). I think much lower than A gets a bit pointless unless you're using it purely as a percussive string or drone, C gets you that nice combo of grinding heaviness and melody at the same time

I like double Ds myself, and I don't mind if they droop...
