That one is a US Special, All the Korean ones have quilt-tops (thin piece of venere)

that one i saw in real had body in metal gold color, it was hardtail and owner said to me that it is US made

It should be US then, I've never seen or heard of a Korean gold top nor do I think they made not trem models overseas.

The clearest difference between the us and koreans are the grover tuning keys on the Korean model.

Ive sat and ab'd all the wolfy models and while I can find a clear quality difference between them in feel, tonally, they all live up to ed's standards which have been historically cheap ass guitars, that happen to play a certain way and sound good. They are limiting in some regards, but at the same time their tuning stability is insane, since the floyd's dont float.
