I just got a Tele!

I bought it used on saturday. It's an American Standard and it's rubbish. I don't know what I was thinking, I'm selling it now and getting a SZ4020.
It was like buying an old muscle car (car anology, yay!), you understand why someone would like to own one, but in the end I would never bother using the thing every day because it would drive like sh*t.

I had a good tele years ago, just could never get good tone or sustaine with it, so I traded it in for a Fender SRV for my brothers birthday. Now thats a guitar

Well I'm all for Teles and Muscle cars! Too bad it doesn't suit your style of playing. If you had the right chops that Tele would kick ass.
