I tried two guitars today...

A PRS CE 24 and a EB/MM Steve Morse. If youīve read my post on the "gear and equipment" section youīll see i couldnīt play like iīd want, but...
The Morse sounds thin the neck is uncomfortable and the two single coils in the middle makes it very difficult for picking. Didnīt like very much. Pros: eleven pickup positions.
The PRS sound way better IMO, but lacks of that "something" you can find on a LP for example. Good guitar, but not for 3300 Euros. The neck is ok but still needs that "something".(maybe a custom 24?).
Thatīs all today. Oppinions on this two?

I own many many guitars, and the main axe is an original Steve Morse with a 6 bolt neck. I love everything about it.I also love my PRS guitars.
But any guitar has to just feel right in your hands, and any one will take getting used to.

Sorry to post to this old thread (but its better than posting a new one right )

Back to the point. Can you please describe the bridge humbucker to a Jem7VWH??? That would make my life alot easier for chosing a pickup!!

You should buy a jem dude there are many coll models to choose from. I now will only play on a jem or a UV.
