My buddy has a really nice PS3T, and we're not sure what body wood it is, so first of all, if any one knows what the body material is and wants to share that knowledge that would be greatly appreciated. Secondly, he plays metal, (godsmack, metallica, pantera, etc) and he needs a better pick up. Things he likes about the stock jackson pick ups is teh tight bottom end, but he's looking for more
pinch harmonics, and in general better tone, so any suggestions at all would be great. I really appreciate it guy!
BTW: it's an FR copy equipped model.
