Give me reasons NOT to buy that guitar, please!

I LOVE that body, BUT I hate Duncan pickups, painted necks, those sharktooth inlays, binding, original floyd rose, guitars with 2 tone knobs, that kind of pickup selector key and its position next to the volume knob, the output jack placed above the strap button,... It´s an expensive guitar, can´t be played without a strap, its not that easy to find one and I still like that guitar!!!

If you hate that much about the it, but still like the body, build a custom.

But if I build a custom model without all those things,
it will look a little crappy.

lol, id buy it, those guitars are killer, plus u can sell the pups on ebay and buy dimarzios for the same money without much trouble, and you could always sand the gloss on the neck a bit to a satin feel... alternativly, i have a pink RR1 shape ibanez on ebay...but..its pink. lol!

I have a 2001 SL1.

Took Scotch brite to the neck and it feels MUCH better!

REplaced the OFR with an OFR pro. Put in new pups, and now its my numero uno guitar!

Plays great, AWESOME fretword, nice feeling neck.

I love it, its great. Painted necks SUCK, but u can always have it refinned aor take off the clearcoat for the satinny feel, which makes a ncie difference. Its still protected by the paint, and can easiuly be buffed back into gloss!

OFR Lo Pro model is great! i have one in a customshop SL2H of mine...awesome trem unit.
