Jackson RR3 upper fret access/overall quality?

Hi guitar geeks,
I am thinking about buying used Japanese RR3 for a price 2x 3x lower, then what could be usually bought here. The guitar seems to have Duncans (Jazz and SH4 I guess?), but I am worrying about two things.

The main thing is I am worrying about fret access. I am not that much of a solo guy, still I do not know. My Rg570 has nice AANJ and BC Rich is neck-through, so access is surely not an issue with those two beauties. Have you tried or owned some RR type of a guitar with bolt on?

The second thing is tremolo, which has Licensed under FR or something on it. I know it won't be ORF (which has deteriorated in these years btw.) or Edge, which is probably still good? But for occasional dives it would be nice (will use 9s or 8s). In a worst case, I can use the piece of wood. And if I will like it more than my RG, I might invest into real FR or Gotoh probably.

What was your feeling compared that Jackson to your other guitars? I remember I liked neck of KVX10 some years ago, but cannot remember about anything else. Thanks.
