Re: Japan strat

Japanese strat is awesome if you ask me, IMO they are as good or better than their american brother, anyway 500 euro(I presume) is a bit expensive.

Re: Japan strat

Thanx, Here in Greece the standar American model costs 1300E, so i think its worth for 500E, but i m not sure...

Re: Japan strat

All of the MIJ Fenders are high quality, even the squires are nicer than the older MIM strats.

Re: Japan strat

If a USA Strat sells for 1300E then a Japan Strat is worth 500E no problem.

Re: Japan strat

The Japanese Strats up to about '94 or so were extremely high quality. the '91 and '92 EX TRAD guitars are considered right at the top of the very best Strats ever made. They are all good quality instruments, but generally the older the guitar the higher the assumed quality.

Re: Japan strat

my first guitar was/is a red Squire Japanese Strat. The pickups in it suck hardcore so I'm thinking of replacing them with some nice vintage singles.

anyways... if anyone can give me some info on it (I have no idea on the type of wood it's made out of other than it's got a maple neck with a rosewood fretboard) that would be great.

SN#: E793483

thanks!
