Just got a Malmsteen!

Just got a Malmsteen, brand new at my GC for $1321.00 including tax and case!! My sales guy really hooks me up since I buy a lot from him.

This guitar is really awesome! I am far more impressed with it than I thought I would be. I couldn't see this as my only strat (I have my trusty Americ. Deluxe for "normal" playing), but if you are into shred and 80's music... this guitar is perfect!

You can read my review and see pics on my blog (link below). Rock on! Ryan

LMAO

Why dont get it signed, maybe u can find some1 that signs "(Guitar god's name Here)... Play Ibanez" like he does when he signs on other peoples guitars endorsing Fender ...Anyway the guitar is one thing and the designer another.

Mostly envy anyway.

I guess its a good guitar anyway . ... would like to try a Ritchie Blackmore Scalloped though...

Btw Dont you know any site where I can really learn some luthery like setting tremolos. Making truss rod adjustmends, leveling frets, etc.

Thanks in advance...

I Remember when he smashed one in G3....

The same kinda heppened to me but in a shorter period played for 2 yeras dropped for like 7 and now i'm retaking it (Have you tried any bands?)

Nice Collection BTW... congrats
Have u tried a J-Custom how does compare to this one or maybe the Parker Fly... All of them to the rest of your collection? Hey thats a good post, Lets compare guitars on our collection!!!....

Re: Just got a Malmsteen!

Thanks guys! I appreciate the enthusiasm!! I have been playing this guitar now for the past two days and I remain impressed. The tone and sustain is incredible. Even though it is brand new, it plays so good and stays in tune perfectly... it will only get better as it breaks in.

I have a write up with pics of my rig at my blog: funguitars.blogspot.com

Here are some pics of the guitar:
