Music Man Axis Flip Flopped Project Guitar - textured like D

Like I said in an earlier post I bought a MM Axis copy from GC with the sole purpose of it being a project guitar.

Here are the pics

Its textured ala 90th or DBK and then painted flip flop with Krylon Mystic paint available just about anywhere for under 20 bucks, and the last 5 frets were scalloped. Dimarzio pickups are on there way ( white tone zone and air norton )

It was hard to get the flip flop to come out in pictures like I wanted, it flips between 4 colors and the best I could get out of 30 pictures is these 6 but it only shows the purple and green the other colors are gold and blue from weird angles.

I first painted it with stone it another spray paint, instead of using it to cover it completly I sprayed sporatically <-spelling, in every other possible direction its not rough feeling either its kinda smooth, I then sprayed it with black then the flip flop. then about 12 coats of clear.

Hey, pretty unique...nice work! *You could do one with a bit less texture and paint it orange...for an authentic "orange peel" effect.
