My Axes :) - outdoor pics (not for dial up users)
For a while people have been telling me to take pictures OUTSIDE to get nice sunlight and make the guitars look their best but I never got a chance to do it until today. So without further ado, I present my 2 babies. Also, please dont quote this post cuz itll be huge. Thanks!

Gorgeous guitars
That second one is probably my favourite.

Thanks Gurj! They're like children hehe, I try to love em all equally. The second one gets a little more play now just because its newer but eventually it'll balance out. They sound very different as well.

Like I said before, I love it
It reminds me of my
Jackson soloist
EDS. But that finish on the back of the neck and the headstock is just gorgeous! Would have been really nice with an
ebony board

Re: My Axes :) - outdoor pics (not for dial up users)
Haha cmon man, cocobolo looks so much better and more exotic
. And it is a Jackson EDS body (dinky pro though, not soloist), with a custom neck. Thanks for all the nice words man
.
Its funny, i wanted an ebony board at first but then my luthier had this piece of cocobolo in his shop and i was like *grab*

Re: My Axes :) - outdoor pics (not for dial up users)
The neck is completely custom/handmade, the body is off a Jackson. If someone custom painted that for me and it was SO accurate they'd have to be working at the Jackson shop, haha.

Re: My Axes :) - outdoor pics (not for dial up users)
No way sir. Me likey natural wood pickup rings
. They seem to be a big source of debate as far as that guitar goes, some ppl love em some ppl hate em.

Re: My Axes :) - outdoor pics (not for dial up users)
I'm actually surprised at myself, im stickin to my morals. My rationale for this second guitar (the first one in the pics) was that i was gona keep it tuned a step down, and I'm actually doing it instead of keeping it in standard. That's how i justified getting another one anyway

I LOVE the neck on your newest. Any chance we can get pics of the backside the guitar with the matching plates?

Re: My Axes :) - outdoor pics (not for dial up users)
Thanks man. Pics of the backside of the guitar with the matching plates? There's already one posted (3rd picture). Did you mean something else?
