Arrived yesterday. Not sure I dig the color. Is this what most TL finishes look like? What do y'all think?

Not too bad. The 2,3,4 positions are nice and quacky. My other guitar is a strat strung with 11's so I'm still trying to adjust to the differences.

Seems like the bridge pickup could use a little more treble bite, but I need more time to tell.

Beautiful guitar, I like the color, the quilt top and bound neck, the inlays are alright, I like the older oval inlays on the old S 540s, still nice though, congrats.

I just picked up a new "old stock" of this very guitar and for some reason I cannot figure out this bridge the strings are imposible to bend, it almost seems like the scale length is to long. I strung it up with GHS 08's still a bitch to play. If someone has got any advice I would gladly take it otherwise I think I am going to return it.

I should of added if any one wants to snag a deal, 300.00 and this guitar is yours. I looks exactly like the one above, all plastic protective paper still on guitar only difference is mine is a late 06. I learned to play, and have been playing a 81 Fender Gold on Gold Dan Smith.
I understand it would be beneficial to play different guitars. The Fender got stolen at a gig a couple months back and I am completely lost without her I had her since she was born.
I have sppent alot of time trying out Ibanez's at guitar center and I was coming around, played some Jems I liked. I then grabbed this off the wall I thought it would just take some lighter strings and a good set up. Nope I hate it.
Sorry I realy needed to vent that out.
I have really been feeling like I can't play anymore, and I have been ;playing for 30 years.
Could there possibly be a person who can only play one guitar.
