Need help with fair price (RG-560

I found an Rg-560 that is in average (note: dings wearing away of the black on the hardware) condition and comes with an Ibanez hardshell case. *This is about a 1992 guitar. *What kind of price is fair? *

As you described $375-$425 (shipped). If you can't get it at that price just watch this site for awhile. They pop up quite often.
