Hmm, I like the look to be honest, but the idea to have another Tom DeLonge signature model is just stupid IMHO

Tom DeLonge

I have no problem with Tom DeLonge at all- I actually think he comes up with some pretty cool riffs. But I have to agree that the price will put the guitar out of reach of the people who would actually want it. The fender thing was a much better fit, IMO.

Not many kids will be able to afford that. Will that be what today's kids will buy themselves when they themselves become 40 yr-old yuppies? Gibson is probably making the same mistake Ibanez made with the K-7.

At least Fender also made a Squier version of their signature model.

If the "Dirty Fingers" pup is anything like the old ones, I want two...

(The pup, not the guitar...)

Four grand? Its a horrible peice of trash. No way could that band attract those type of people to play and use that thing. I guarantee no one here knows anyone besides Tom Delonge who owns one. The guitar probably actually sounds great, but its sad its an es-335esque guitar and no neck pickup. I bet it plays okay, but its an instrument thats been personalized in a way that it would appeal to the 300 dollar guitar, import crowd, but its a almost 4 grande boutique guitar that looks like ppoooooohhh
