I upgrade for function first and looks second. Plus I like using factory parts unless there is a obvious advantage to not doing so and I don't see it in that not withstanding price.

Re: NGD 88' Strat Plus
Finally got around to taking some pics of the upgraded
Strat Plus
. I had orginally got another Wilkinson nut but decided to go with the LSR Upgrade. I do like the looks better than it was.
Before.

Sell it to me.
Although I have to say, I much preferred the earlier pictures.

Re: NGD 88' Strat Plus
I am not really sure I want to get rid of it. I have been on the fence on that for some time. I have been playing my other Plus alot and don't play this one much but I like the looks. I dunno dude lemme mull it over and If I do I will give you a holler.

Re: NGD 88' Strat Plus
How did you get the lsr kit to look like you added wood in front of it? AFAIK, the kit comes with a black plastic piece that sits on the nut and the kit sits on top of it. It must be the lack of focus that makes it look like there's real wood in front of it.....
P.S.: The black knobs and tip look out of place IMO. Some vintage "aged" knobs would've looked better.

Our camera is not good for close ups despite it "close up" setting. I like the black/white color contrast
