First one of the weekend was the BC Rich Warlock. I am not usually into weird shapes, but it seems thats all I got this weekend. I can't resist when they say Made in the USA on the headstock and are so cheap!!! BC Rich Warlock, prolly late 80's, paint is pretty good. Headstock was broken off sometime in the past but repaired well enough. Nice guitar!!

The better aquisition was the Carvin Ultra V. Its some kind of very dark purple with all gold hardware, gold OFR, and gold Carvin logo too. Whoever had this built want the extra mile and got string locks AND Sperzal locking tuners. Guitar looks brand new, everything included, Even the build sheets in the case. Nice score there!!

Oh yea, it was clean till I played ot for an hour!!

You heard it here first.....pawnshopping pays off.....sometimes. You gotta hit the shops weekly. I was at a pawnshop 4 days ago to put an iphone on layaway for a friend. No good guitars, nothing, nada zip. They were all crap. I want in to the same shop to get the iphone and its a good thing I looked at the guitars again, because sitting there was a nice blue Jackson. Most Jacksons are $200 crap guitars and not worth looking at. this one though said PROFFESIONAL on the headstock and had an OFR and a SUSTAINER. All for $159. That one is on layaway now!!!
