Its New Guitar Project Day! This Ovation had the head broken off. Glued back, now. Should be a while for it to be done.

That's a nasty thing to have happened mate. Did you repair it yourself? Did it work out ok?

Ovation will fix it for you better/cheaper than any luthier would, but you need to get in touch with them before Fender shuts them down. That top needs to be repaired before the bridge comes flying off it.

It wasn't me who fixed it. It was just a guy I know who's into guitar fixing. Also the one who broke it. It has been glued with epoxy, so it shouldn't move. Same with the crack, it just looks bad. Its a USA made so, when its done, should be very bad. But the heads' on there good. i'll get more pics when the external hard drive is working.

Wow Jim -is Fender really shutting them down? Their factory is a mile from my office. I've owned more Ovation acoustics over the years than any other make. I love them.
PS- that's a nice one - Baladeere model? You're gonna love it once it's back together. Deep bowls sound great.

I'm not sure what it is. Dad got it at an auction for like 70$. It was playable then. I've heard its hard to play a deep-bowl Ovation with a beer-belly
