Fender YJM Stratocaster
Kewl! I've always wanted to scollop the frets on my Strat Plus all the way, man! Perhaps just to save myself from buying a YJM one day! I remember playing one many years ago and really liked the scolloped neck. I love scolloped frets.

I understand what Al is saying to a point.

I don't have any Jem or JS as I feel they are overpriced for what you get.

But on a what guitar exictes me just now note ....

Epiphone Les Paul Classic 7 trans black
Hohner G3T
Squire Tele
Peavy Cropper Classic in Blue

I've got my players and any guitars I buy now are just plain G.A.S.

I will buy some more electronic stuff though. maybe the les paul for those ZakK Wylde poses in fron of the mirror.

Failing that I need to figure out a custom guitar and how much it will cost.

Big Al,

Buy that Taylor 'Cujo' Acoustic Guitar on ****. *Brand new and made in 1997...sure looks cool for a couple weeks anyway. *Believe it or not...I still look for DNA's all the damn time....can't stand it anymore. *I've been thinking about a project guitar to end the G.A.S...but it sounds like that might not work.

John-
Still looking for DNA's ? How many do you have now ?
I thought I was lucky to find mine, so I haven't been looking for more. What numbers do you have?

John-
I love the inlays on the Taylor. In fact, I have seen many acoustics with great inlay work lately. I wish I could get into acoustics. All I have is a Ramirez classical and an old Martin D-35.
On the DNA's...I guess I got lucky finding mine. I have not seen any that I like better (for my personal taste...no offense to other dna owners).

I know someone who is selling a UVMC, so that's on my list of guitars to get if it's a good swirl. Curse you jemsite! Before this i never really wanted one untill I saw pictures!

other than that,
a BCRich neckthru warlock 7
The white UV(forget model name)
A nice beat up old yellow strat (not the neck, which has to be maple!),
and err, that's it at the moment... I haven't got that much money so my brain is being diverted from thinking evil purchase thoughts, and I am sending my flatmates out to music shops when I need new strings....

But yeah, I can perfectly understand not knowing what guitar you want next, it's like trying to decide on food. Some days you have no idea what you want, except that it is very specific except you don't quite know or you can't explain it. Drives people nuts....

I actually do have that problem deciding on food. Maybe it's more of a mental problem than a guitar problem!

I know what you mean! I don't actually know what I want untill I see it, and even then it's the third or fourth time I've though about it! Decisivness isn't one of my strong points...
