This is an early 80's
Fernandes LP jr that I bought about 15 years ago from a pawn shop in Melbourne for $400. I haven't seen many of these around on the bay or in discussions but they're a great guitar with no frills.
I've just got it back from the repair shop where I've had them replace the p90 with a Seymour Duncan Stacked p90 wired to three settings, series, parrallel and single coil, replaced the old style wraparound bridge with a cheapy off the bay that can have the saddles individual moved and the whole thing set up. She plays like a dream and sounds great.
