Old Les Paul and the "Wailing Wall"
New pics....thought I'd share my rig with the new/old LP.......
The '79 LP is AWESOME, and the "Wailing Wall" sounds pretty good too.

Re: Old Les Paul and the "Wailing Wall"
So you do have an a/b pedal or a switching system allowing you to use both amps? Whats your personal fave there? And what are your thoughts on the triple super lead ?

That's a DSL on the right. TSL's sound too buzzy to me.
Neighbors? Who cares about neighbors? :^)

Wow man, nice setup you have there! As Eggy said earlier - I bet the neighbours love you, lol. Just have the Les Paul hanging a bit lower (near your knees) and you can rock out looking like Slash and Zakk to your hearts content.

I can't play anything of importance when it's down low...
plus I'm an old fart - over 50 we're not allowed to look cool- I read it somewhere...
I like playing at "Dork Height". haha.

Re: Old Les Paul and the "Wailing Wall"
Really Sweet rig there........and the LP is just awesome too !
Im 14 years old, and I have my guitar hanging at that hight just like you......I can't just understand how to play it when it's below your knee's....the only thing that might work is playing "Chuggah Chuggah" stuff :S
BTW..........I think that your "Pose" there is really "Killing Cool"

Re: Old Les Paul and the "Wailing Wall"
The kids at school used to call me Marshall because they swore I could fit a Marshall half stack between my two front teeth....!!!
I think you should record you playing there, and then.. THEN!! You should post it on JEMSITE!
Just so we can all hear how loud it is!
