well she certainly looks like a Parker Nitefly M - the hardware on Parkers is mostly unique (designed and made by Parker), so it's highly unlikely that the guitar is a fake - why bother trying to fake up a low production run, niche market instrument - the guitar in the pictures seems to match very closely the Parker web page on the NiteFly M:

- ask the seller for some very specific photos of things and check the woodgrain compared to the shots he has up on the auction.
I recently bought a Fly Classic, and it is easily the best guitar I have ever owned!
