Parker Spanish Fly - Any opinions?

Hi-

Anyone played one extensively? *I'm curious as to how it compares to a classical acoustic.

Parker Spanish Fly

I played one briefly once, not extensively. *It is a really cool guitar if you can afford, but it doesn't sound anything like an acoustic guitar. *Remember, it's a solidbody with piezos, and it is meant to sound that way. *Unless you plan on playing plugged in with the piezo sound, I wouldn't spend that much money on it. *Think Chet Atkins CEC here, only better. *It plays awesome, but I think it would be more suited for the live situation.

I've played a few of the Fly's and they are great (and very innovative) guitars. The Spanish Fly is no exception and sounds stunning but I don't think it sounds like a nylon string classical. Don't get me wrong the piezos are great and if you were using this baby live it would sound mega and would save on guitar changes.
The Fly can prodice some range of sounds but It is a very expensive guitar so the choice is yours.
