PGMsite ?

wow! i want them all! but i can't afford any...
anyway did you notice the switch on the pgm 10th?
the middle position is the neck pu in other color. any ideas? paul uses the volume to get clean tones a lot, so maybe this is some kind of fixed volume level position?
can that be done?

PGMsite ?

man, those PGM's are awesome guitars!!

I wouldn't exactly mind a PGM 300 WH either... that's the sweetest one imho (i'm a trem guy, go sue me heheh). the 90HAM and 10th are classy machines though! definitely tasty!

i know this has little to do with PGM's, but i was cruisin around on that part of the site... and look what i found!!

check this out people... awesome imho...

http://www.ibanez.co.jp/japan/artist...amaarashi.html

freaky 7 strings... not what you'd expect from them!!

PGMsite ?

thanks rich!
but is my idea possible? i really like getting clean sounds by just lowering the volume, but it takes too much time to switch from bridge pu to neck pu AND rolling the knob.

Rolling off the volume always cleans the signal up. I'm sure another pot could be wirder inside the cavity so that 1 switch position would give you this, but you'd be loosing the flexibility it already has.

PGMsite ?

so, can anyone read Japanese and tell me if the other PGM models are being re-issued or something?

I'll sell somebody a JPM P3 for the cash to get a PGM700...if it's going to be made available.

So why have prices against them if they are unavailable?

maybe they're just there to tease
but I think cow is right. If you can read japanese *cough* http://www.excite.co.jp/world/url *cough* it says that the pgm page is there to commemorate the release of pgm 10th, and only pgm300 & 30 are still in production
