pickup thoughts for RG

Anyone replace their late model RG 570 or any RG pickups with anything else?

Just asking. Pickups can make a world of difference.

I played a Duncan SH-6 in my RG560 for about 8 years. I loved it.

I have a Seymour Duncan JB Trembucker in my RG570, and it's the best sounding guitar I've ever played or heard.

Cool.

I had a JB-4 in the bridge of my old RG and it worked very well.
Are the SH-6 and JB also bridge models?

Also, how would you compare the V7/V8 Ibanez pickups with other makes?
Does Ibanez contract out with anyone to make these or do they actually make them themselves?

If they don't make them themselves then DiMarzio does, as for pickups I love my super3, it's a sweet pickup but only if you that metal distortion type of sound.
