Re: Pics of my Pacifica

Actually, I think that's a Pacfica 821DX which would mean they're roughly £650 brand new.

Much cheaper than a J-Custom

Re: Pics of my Pacifica

I can't say I like that Pacifica Custom. I don't like the neck inlay. But it has a Floyd rose type whammy bar, which is cool. And the finish is nice, too.

So no RGX then, newbieguitarmaker?

That transparent blue 904 is beautiful, Dave. I'm going to get a customised 612V in the future with that same color.

Re: Pics of my Pacifica

Alwin, I think you'd be better off with an 812 since they already do that in blue and it's only a fraction more expensive.

I'd love one of these too if I could find one:

Re: Pics of my Pacifica

That's a awesome PAC!

Doesn't the 812 have a wooden top? Wait a minute, I'm going to see on the Yamaha website...

I just checked it out and it has. I don't like wooden tops. That's why I'm going to get a 612V, and send that to the Sims custom shop in the UK, and have it customised. I'm going to have a replica made of a Pacifica body. They can replicate a JEM body, so I don't think a Pacifica body will be a problem either. I haven't asked them yet, though. Anyway, I talk about that a lot in this thread I posted a while ago.

I have to go now, Dave. My family is getting ready for dinner. Today, I'm eating baked beans! Yummy!

Until next time!

I see.

I'm going to check an RGX out soon. I'm very excited about it.

I just ate them. They were delicious. I love baked beans.

You should check out the baked beans page on wikipedia. It's fascinating. Apparently, in Quebec they eat them with maple syrup! You could click on the pic above to go there.

This thread should be re-named the "pacifica and baked bean appreciation thread"
