Im curious why do you ahve the emg 81 in the neck pickup slot as opposed to bridge?

Honestly, I was just messing around with it one day, doing a cleaning/setup and i thought, what the hell, the pups are plug 'n play, no soldering required. So I just pulled em out, swapped em and haven't changed back since. I realy like the 85 in the bridge position for really fat lead parts. I think I might get an 89 or something more 'vintage' sounding for the neck. I really just dont like the 81 sound much.But to my surprise the 81 in the neck sounds o.k for bright clean parts.

that is what I did. one day i just popped the 85 in the bridge and loved it. Traded the 81 for another 85 and never looked back.
