CM, they are the most dynamic I have had. Roll off the volume and it actually responds very well. They are more of a classic pickup, if that makes sense, more vintage sounding but can dirty up nicely. Dare I say this but I like the trem better than any I have played. Nice vibrato to the bar without warbling. I've never quite used the trem for divebombing so this one suits me nicely. I am keeping the Herc I guess and will have that for the Satch stuff I play.

I hear ya on classic as description for the 5909s. I find them a tad weak at times, but wonderful for cleans and slight drive. The neck pickup is very responsive in my Cu24, but mine are covered so I wonder if some heights are missing.

The trem is cool indeed. Did you have to lower or angle yours? I could not tune in the action I am comfortable with on mine and lowered/angled it a bit forward, now its great.

gorgeous guitar! I have never seen anything like it - it looks like it's glowing...you should call it your Avatar guitar...reminds me of some of the glowing blue/green colors in the movie ;o) Nice sound clip too! that really is an amazing guitar - congrats Jeff!!!

CM we lowered the saddle heights a bit, it was too high when I first got it but the tech there at sweet water did it while I waited. It's about perfect now and plays like no other I have owned, and it has 10's on it. Have not touched the trem or angle any.

Just got an HD500 last week so I am still working on my lead sound for my songs but I gotten a few patches that I am taking ideas off of and I have come up with a few tweaking those already that work great with the PRS.

You all wil be hearing more!!!!
