Ramdom idea for Photoshop folks

I'm a long-time sunburst fan. Doesn't matter what guitar really, I think it's a cool finish in all it's variations. This morning I got a weird thought, has anyone ever seen a reverse sunburst? Where the middle of the guitar is tinted dark and the edges / sides are transparent?

I've yet to find any pictures of something similar online, so I wondered if there were any Photoshop gurus out there that might whip something up?

I think that looks really nice, actually. Maybe with some different shade or colors, but still.

A really cool configuration would be dark blue in the middle and an ice blue on the edges.

What about a reverse silverburst
