Ran RG...
check out this Ran RG style guitar:
obviously it has a different headstock, which i dont really like, but im really digging the body. i love that top and the way it looks! sooooo minimalistic! i they they are evos in there with an OFR or a schaller floyd!
i think its hawt, i have gas for an rg now, so im gonna start saving for my own custom ran rg!

Re: Ran RG...
The guitar does look cool...but what's up with the really cheezy looking red logos? They look like they were put on with a rubber stamp.

yea, i dont really like them, but they were custom ordered. i dont mind the logos at the back, however the one at the front looks cheesey. but i guess its all down to personal preference.

Re: Ran RG...
Very pretty. Every time I see a guitar like that, it makes me want to get a blank
ebony board
. I think I'd be totally lost though.

Re: Ran RG...
The body is nice, but I hate the headstock. It gives it a cheap knock-off feel and both logo's enhance the cheap knock-off look. The heel looks kinda uncomfortable too, they should have tapered it.

It's kinda of like a cross between that and an Ibanez's. The bold decal does NOT go well with the guitar.

Re: Ran RG...
it is the b.c.rich headstock
thats the great thing about ran, you can mix and match! like if i get a ran, i might have an ibanez rg body with a reverse esp M series headstock.
or i might just keep the standard ibanez one

Re: Ran RG...
I guess if you're going to get a blatant ripoff, it may as well be "Custom Made"!

Re: Ran RG...
The nicest thing about it is the plain black ebony board. It would look super nice as a seven string.
