Re-stringing a 12-string acoustic

Hi guys, need some advice here.

I have a two year-old 12-string acoustic that I use mainly in the house. The fretboard (rosewood) is beginning to crud up and dry out and I should really give it a good cleaning and oiling at the next string change. Obviously I'll need to remove all the strings in one go to do this.

Problem is, I don't want to mess up the tension in the neck and body, so I've always changed the strings one-at-a-time to avoid this. Would removing all the strings so I could clean the fretboard have an affect on the neck/body tension, and when re-stringing, would I encounter tuning stability problems?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think that taking all of the strings off for a string change will do too much to it. I just changed the strings on my 12 string and I haven't had any problems at all. If anything goes "out of whack" just adjust the truss rod.

The only problem I ran into was how to tune it.....it was my first time doing it, now I am good.
