I've really been gassing over a Telecaster lately. Something about that twangy, hard tone and the stripped down looks. I think I'm gonna go for a Highway 1 Tele because of the 12" radius neck.

Absolutely.

The nicest Tele I've ever played was a 52 RI. It's on my "To do" list. There is also one on the bay right now that is the exact one I would make if I was starting another project tele, but I cant afford it this week

Oooooh Teles

I love telecasters, I'm not sure if this is "cool" or not to admit, but I love the look of Brad Paisley's sky blue and white Crook tele.

Is Brad Paisley "in" - he's the only country guitarist we get to hear about in the UK really.

There is a white with black binding parts tele. MIA 62 RI body, MIM Esquire neck. I'm watching it and hoping for a miracle.

Whether Brad Paisley is in our out, there's no doubting he's a killer player. Tele's are starting to take over in rock now too. Most of my favorite bands today are using them.

I should be ordering up a Highway 1 by the end of the week!

I will be picking up a NOS Deluxe USA Tele for my B-day this coming month. 3-tone sunburst, maple neck/fretboard, white binding, S-1 switching, tummy cut and the mint green pickguard Fender seems to like putting on their guitars (yuck!). I plan to change out the pickguard to a pearl white one and call it a day. It has an '07 molded case but the shop is going to swap it out for the new SKB flight cases Fendere now sells them with. I can't wait, this will be only the 2nd Tele I'll have ever owned.

Damn ordinarily I would be all over this thread..
Recent new arrival (Babt not guitar..) means that my tele is in temporary storage at my old folks place..

Its a 52 reissue with the black pick-guard... you all know what they look like!!!

I'm suddenly really missing it now..　damn you guys
