Taylor Electrics!?!

Check this out . . .

http://www.taylorelectricguitars.com...aspx?modelid=2

This is one of the most gorgeous guitars I've seen in a while. The bridge looks superb, and the fretboard is an ebony 15" radius. Shorter scale length, but I bet its a blast to play. Thoughts?

Re: Taylor Electrics!?!

They are nice, but not $3100 nice. I like the Custom, but the 15" radius bums me out, not sure about the sapele neck and body either.

Re: Taylor Electrics!?!

I know Taylor could of done more with them, but its a start, we will have custom models coming out later on, I waiting on my final judgement on them until I can borrow on for a show, but its going to be pretty hard to beat the T5 im currently using....

They are a bit pricy too.

Wow, awesome, thats just what the world needs, another single cut LP style electric guitar, its like they tried to innovate everything but that. And for that price I think people would rather just buy a Gibson. Please, Please Taylor, just stick to Acoustics, its what you do the best

Re: Taylor Electrics!?!

Well the site says the "standard" is $2300. If it retails for $1500 it could be a sweet axe. I mean thats LP studio range if I'm not mistaken?

Re: Taylor Electrics!?!

I like the look of the Classic, should be a fun guitar to play. I'm sure they won't trash their rep with half assed guitars.
