Traded in
Well I am sure you all know my other thread about this guitar (Serious GAS Attack):
Well I had to take her back because the gold hardware was bugging me and my wife said I had to get this instead
Yep that's right gentlemen I have moved up to a standard and boy is she fine. For those who say the only differance is a binding and burstbuckers I have to disagree with because man she plays nice. Sorry for the nightime flash shots, but I will get some better pics when I get a chance.

Re: Traded in
Joel dont take this the wrong way, but I like the looks of the studio way more..
The standard is a nice guitar(im being nice I dont care for gibsons) but the studio had more mojo going for it..
But looks alone wont make it sound good, so if your happy, then I am happy for you.

Re: Traded in
Good move. It is absolutely more than just a difference in binding and pickups.

Not a big fan of Desertburst, but it's much nicer than the studio.

Re: Traded in
I'm a fan of certain LP's, I can't decide which I like best, looks like a good choice either way.

Re: Traded in
the studio would look lovely with some nice tinting/bursts, more unique, if you look as cool as slash to pull of that guitar thats fine though

Can't do that I paid cash for it because I don't have a loan on anything I own.
Anyways she is actually the desert burst, but those are really bad pics. I know some of you dug on the gold, but it is just not my thing.

Re: Traded in
I like the new one MUCH better. Beautiful burst, can't stand those one color natural stains. And I am a sucker for those vintage tuners too. Love it, good call, great wife!
