What guitar had the smallest frets you'd ever seen?

I'm delving into a sort of mad scientist thing here and I'd like to find a guitar (or just neck even) with ultra small frets. What guitar have you guys played or seen that had the smallest frets you can remember. Height is more of a concern than width but minimizing both is preferable.

Thanx, Rich

My '62 RE-Issue strat had tiny frets, not bad to play on I must say, but I prefer the 6100 style more.

I had a '73 Strat hardtail back when I first started playing. The frets were very narrow but normal height.

I traded her for a '76 Gibson Flying V because I hated the Fender neck and frets.

I have a '65 fender mustang and it's got the smallest frets I've had the pleasure of fingering. I personally prefer the jumbo frets on my RG even over the fat ones on my LPC but if you're lookin for 22 frets made out of (lookin for somethin witty to say.... Can't think of anything) 3/32 width by about 1/16 hight, a '60s era mustang might do ya.

Careful with these 'cause classical guitars are prone to using inferior metals for the frets as there is less stress put on them. Nylon or cat gut strings are much less abrasive and I have even seen brass frets on some classicals. This just will not do for any kind of shredding.

Smallest frets I ever saw were on an older Martin I strummed a few times once. They were well under 1mm wide and under 1mm tall, like a piece of wire.
