What guitars did you guys play in high school?

I was just wondering what guitars you guys played in high school? I was just wondering because I'm in high school and I must say there is alot of diversity in brands and quality. I suppose it would be cool to know what amps you used too. Thanks

I had an old red Ibanez Radius 540 and a very old Marshall Valvestate which I still use! God, I miss that guitar.

My first Ibanez in high school...an RG560 which I had routed to hold 3 humbuckers. Named it Hector. Still have him and use him as a main guitar for writing and recording. He's so beat up though that I can't bear to take the guitar to shows for fear of loss or being destroyed.

A Headway HE-201 (think Jackson knock-off), and a Fender Strat Ultra. Through a Peavey Bandit 65... old school with the big, round knobs. I miss that amp.

In 9th grade I got a 1967 Fender Mustang, and in 11th grade I upgraded to a 1984 Kramer Pacer Imperial.

In 10th grade my dad bought me an ESP Mirage Deluxe.
My amp was a cheapo 10W Kustom.
Still have both at my parents house.

Alrighty... I'm still in highschool, so...

Axes:
-Epiphone G400
-Ibanez RG520
-A no-name POS classical

Amps:
-Crate TD-35 (sold it back to the shop on a trade in for...)
-Fender Deluxe 112

From what I've seen, most kids around here play Mexican strats into crates or, if they can afford it, a lower-end Marshall, and with surprisingly little variation.

Actually, I just recently found a pic of the band I was in in High School. Hard to believe this was 12 years ago. Anyhow, there's my sunburst Strat Ultra and Peavey Bandit 65 (the left Bandit).

My first couple of guitars were an Ibanez Roadstar II RS1300NT and an RG560GI ("Grape Ice"). Those got me through most of high school, until junior year when I picked up my first Les Paul.
