Re: What is with the Gibson Les Paul craze?

You're both right, I admit the mistake. But I did also get to handle one of the Les Paul SG's...I worked at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, I got to see and handle a lot of historic materials although I did not work in the research department hahaha...Got to meet a lot of celebrities working there as well, from Robert Plant to Edward Norton and that's where I met Les Paul...Sorry for being off topic...When I was a kid a had the chance quite often to play a 1967 SG with the tremolo and it was one of the best guitars I have ever played and that's why it's still one of my favorites today, so I don't want anyone to think that I don't appreciate Gibson either, again sorry for being off topic...

Well, I think your being a little too sensitive. What Elcid said was obviously opinion. Is it realy down to the point where if soomeone says "that looks like something," people think he should have said "In my opinion that looks like?"

Don't you think thats a bit overboard?

For one I'm being cheeky.

Second, you getting worried that i'm ragging on your right to have an oppinion could by your rational, could be called 'over sensitive'. I'm not disputing the right to an oppinion, just trying to make a joke out of the all to common habbit for people to enforce oppinions on internet forums.

But enough of this quibbiling, if we all accept free speach then we must accept others oppinions, especially if you dont like them... whatever...

Children PLAY NICE.

My mistake, sorry about that.

You wouldn't believe how much we really have people who think like I said.

As people have told me recently, humor is difficult to get over the net just through text.

Re: What is with the Gibson Les Paul craze?

Ok ok ok

In my humble opinion that some of you may or may not agree with, either way is 100% acceptable because we are all different people and different people are allowed to have different or similar feelings and opinions on similar or different topics. Neither one is right or wrong, just different or similar. In an effort for people to not get their feelings hurt, or to stop them from realizing they may not get their feelings hurt, but instead may realize they agree with something that someone else may or may not like, I humbly suggest that a Dean Cadillac looks similar to what a person may or may not think resembles a guitar that may or may not resemble a Les Paul making doggy-style love, or perhaps violent sodomy (everyone's own choice of course) with a guitar that may or may not resemble a Gibson Explorer shaped guitar.

Hopefully this opinion I may or may not have will or will not offend people who may or may not want to be offended.

This post may or may not be my opinion and Jemsite, it's members, and people unrelated may or may not be held responsible for the opinion I may or may not have.
