What strings do you use on your Fender Strats

Based on the some Fender Trems, Fender has strings with a bullet end that fits into the trem better then using a ball end. What strings do you use?

I use GHS Boomers 10's on my Big Apple. My trem is the American Standard style...

I used D'Addario 10s, or GHS Nickel Rocker 10s on mmy EJ.

10s or 11s, depending on my mood. I've used the fender ones and to be honest I didn't notice much of a difference in tuning stability compared to D'Addario's, but I'm not much of a trem user on a strat.

But does it have the regular ball ends or the bullet end that goes into the trem so the do not stick out of the bottom of the trem.

I'm pretty sure Fender is the only manufacturer of bullet-end strings (as far as I know). I've had many-a-Strat and never used Bullets with no bad results.

I used to have Fender Super Bullets and didn't like them. Now i'm using D'Addario 9s, vut I may switch to 10s. I don't have any problem with the ball ends sitting down into the trem block.

i use all sorts

on my JV strat i have 10`s which i love, my Blackie i have 11`s which i think now are too heavy, and my USA Deluxe has 9`s.

Daddario 10s are my fave

I tried the "Bullet End" strings, but eventually concluded they're just a gimmick. By the time you've broken in the strings, the ball ends are pretty firmly seated inside the trem block and aren't going to be shifting anywhere. If the strings themselves were any good that'd be one thing, but Fender strings have a strange, bright treble to them and die almost immediately - they go from almost papery sounding to absolutely dead in a couple days.

I use Elixir Nanowebs on everything these days - they sound great (full, clear, and balanced), feel smoother than normal strings, and especially now that they have anti-rust unwounds they hold up forever.

same as all my other guitars:
ernie ball super slinky 9-42
for the strat trems and hardtails they get the rps. same string, just extra wraps on the ball end. no need for changing setups between the two. for different tones, i just change guitars.
