Question

Which color would you choose?

This is just a goofy thread. lol I was just wondering this; if you were getting a Suhr Modern, which color would you pick? I think it's an awesome guitar and there's a great amount of colors to choose from. It's really wonderful. Every manufacturer should have a color chart like this! It's just too cool. Anyway, my favorites are Candy apple red and Mercedes blue.

Here's a link to the Suhr color chart so you can see all the options:

Natural Ash (if you're having an ash body for extra snap and sparkle) or Lexus Pearl Metallic (with gold hardware and white pickups ) if you want a solid colour.

I think they actually use the very same paint as the one they use on the cars. They also use the same paint Mercedes uses for the blue I mentioned. How cool is that?! Here's a bigger pic of a Lexus pearl Modern:

Re: Which color would you choose?

The silver drip? Really? I'm not really fond of that one. Although I saw a pic of it, in which it looked like marble. That was cool, but.. What would be really cool, would be a Candy apple red drip!

But seriously, the silver drip is OK, I guess. I think they also have a golden drip. Anyway, they are currently experimenting with different colors. They say they have more info on that soon. Kind of reminds me of the swirl JEMs. Or 'dip JEMs' as Steve called them in that Jemini video. Maybe the drip Suhrs will become just as legendary! Anyway, one of the new drip Suhrs is this one. It's a root beer drip. It's really cool. Somebody on the Suhr forum said he/she thought it looked like redwood(?). And it does, kind of, doesn't it?
