A white EMG 81 is the OBVIOUS choice for a Kitty.

Jim that's a brilliant idea.... my missis never plays hers, but it's a great little guitar.

Other one humbucker types - one of the FCS Flat Heads (the grey one) has a single humbucker.. JB59 I think .... Not the easiest thing to find and it has a hard V neck profile, if you can stand that. Outstanding build quality though. I'm still thinking of getting it to complete the set.

There is also the Peavey Tracer from a few years ago that has only a bridge pickup. These can be found for cheap and they play very nicely too.
