I can't knock those kiddy and girly guitars, though. I played a guitar yesterday that was in the shape of a big heart with a shorter scale neck (obviously made not only for a girl but for a young girl) and it played like BUTTA! The neck and action on it were perfect and the pickups were Duncan Designed and sounded GREAT. People were looking at me funny because I was shredding on a guitar in the shape of a heart.

Switch that humbucker with an EMG 81, and it'd be perfect for some death metal...\m/, love it.

I like feminine guitars. My favorite guitar of all time is the 77FP.

Incidentally, the character in the OP is Dora-emon, who is a wildly popular cartoon / comic book character in Japan. He's probably more well recognized than Mickey Mouse.

He's a robot cat who had his ears gnawed off by a mouse. Which is why he doesn't have ears. The trauma also turned him permanently blue. (He was originally yellow, I think.)

Read about him here:

Re: You know you wants this geetar!

If only it had a floyd rose and 24 frets, I'd so buy one.

(btw, this is the 2nd version they made of this guitar. Last years version didn't have the speaker in the foot)
