I now own the strangest ultra rare vintage 60's Ibanez 12 stringer in the world, & posibliy the only one left on the planet & its totally original!
I love this guitar because the body is so nice man you can't buy wood like this now days! & the head stock shape reminds me of the current jem headstock in some ways, I'm not sure but i think they called this guitar a Ibanez 12 string Bison model made around the 60's era,
you can see where Ibanez started out making guitars on this guitar, it has an amazing sound because of the massive size of the solid
mahogany body & fat
maple neck, it's a sculptured work of art & looks like a guitar Museum relic,
I just can't get over how this guitar plays & sounds, the action is so low it plays better than most of the guitars I own for a 12 string guitar & the sounds you can get out of this thing I can't put in words... it's black magic! I Luv it heaps, never seen a guitar like this!
I will try to get picture's up on Jemsite of my guitar when I can...
I was just wondering has any one got any info on this type of 60's Ibanez Bison guitars & or some picture's of it?- dose any one know anything about it on Jemsite?
